I stopped by here to grab some waterproof clothing for a camping trip. They had exactly what I needed and the perfect size. The staff was very helpful, and it was a quick in and out. They had enough cashiers that the wait wasn't long. They have so much to offer. I had also checked out their shoes, but they didn't have my size in stock. It was recommended to order online, and it could be shipped directly to my address. If you are looking for quality outdoor clothing, gear, and equipment for you and the whole family they have you covered.

In terms of store size, this Issaquah branch is very much smaller than the flagship multi-storey Seattle branch. I'd say the size feels similar to the Bellevue branch. This Issaquah branch is adequately stocked to keep us coming back throughout the year; especially when there are ongoing sales! While it's hard to find help at Seattle's branch due to its sheer size, this Issaquah branch has plenty of staff who are always ready to help. Parking here is also a lot easier as compared to Seattle and Bellevue branches. It's actually quite hard to rate REI branches because their warm & friendly service is quite consistent across various stores across the nation.

REI has exceptional customer service and all the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly when assisting with purchases. Jack in the footwear department was extremely helpful and kind when helping me make my decision. (Bellevue location is great too.)

The REI isn’t huge but it does have a nice selection to choose from. They have a bike shop here as well which is pretty neat. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

I've always shopped at this branch and love the products here. Recently I found out that REI now has a trade in program for members. You can mail your trade in products back or bring to the store. On the website it says that if you mail in, and they decide not to accept your item for whatever reason, they will not return the items back to you. I didn't want to risk losing my items if REI doesn't want to accept, so I brought them in to the store. The trade in process was very easy and no hassle, it's done very quickly and I got back the trade in value in the form of REI gift card emailed to me right away. Very happy with this experience! Thanks REI!

Kinda weird they post this huge flag on the window. Then the actual experience sucked as well. One employee wasted too much of my time, while they're was only like 35 mins before store closing, trying to sell me item... I get it, but I drove here to check out all the items quickly not just stare on one. Than was kicked out right before it was even closing time... Annoying garbage store. Will go Bellevue next time!

REI's friendly staff are always happy to assist you. While this location is smaller than Seattle and Bellevue stores, they can still help you with most of your needs.
